COVID-19 Update

  • The hotel is completely sanitized and all hygiene practices are in place.
  • We request all guests to send a photo identity before Check-in via mail/Whatsapp to avoid contactless check-In. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa/OCI. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, and Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not valid & will not be treated as ID proof.
  • Rooms will not be given without all the guests' photo identity.
  • Arogya Setu app is necessary for all staying guests.
  • All arriving guests' negative RT-PCR (COVID-19) report of 72 hours is necessary for hotel check-in. Rooms will not be allotted without a negative report.
  • The restaurant is closed. All foods are going to be served in the room with a limited menu
  • There are no bell desk operations. All guests have to carry their own luggage.
  • During your stay, we prefer all communications to be done on Intercom.
  • Minimum housekeeping services will be available and every room will be re-serviced on the 3rd day.
  • No cash payment accepted at the reception desk. Only online transfer or card payment is accepted.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited/not allowed in hotel premises & in hotel rooms.
