Panchakarma comprises of 5 purificatory therapies namely Vamana (medicated emesis), Virechana (purgation), Nasya (medicated errhines), Basti (medicated enema), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting).

This series of detox procedures help in systematically eliminating accumulated toxins from a deep cellular level.
