Sakhi Zain ud Din Wali Cave and Shrine, Aishmuqam

Perched on a hillside in Anantnag, this revered Sufi shrine is dedicated to Sheikh Zain-ud-Din Wali and holds deep spiritual significance in the region. Visitors often climb a series of steps to reach the shrine, where peaceful surroundings and panoramic views create a calming atmosphere. The annual Urs festival draws large gatherings, while on regular days, the shrine offers a quiet and reflective experience rooted in Kashmir’s cultural heritage. The shrine is situated about 13 km from our resort.

Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary

This area, declared as a protected sanctuary in 1981, spans dense forests and alpine grasslands, supporting a rich variety of wildlife, including Himalayan species of Hangul (the Kashmir Stag), snow leopards, and diverse birdlife. Nature trails and trekking routes here allow visitors to explore the landscape at a slower, more immersive pace. The sanctuary is approximately 20 km from our resort.

Betaab Valley

As one of the most photogenic places to visit in Pahalgam, this valley is defined by its wide green meadows, dense forests, and the Lidder River flowing through its heart. Named after the popular 1983 Bollywood film, 'Betaab', the valley is both cinematic and serene. Well-maintained paths and viewpoints make it easy to explore, whether for photography, picnics, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings.
