It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce, that Mumbai’s first branded budget hotel, Grand Hometel, Malad is ready to open. The domestic hospitality market is focused on the budget hotel segment, and we, at Sarovar, are effectively catering to this need.
Continuing in our path of growth, we are also opening new properties in Jaipur (Park Inn), Delhi (Sarovar Premiere, Anand Vihar and Park Inn, Shahadra) and Mohali (Sarovar Portico). While Park Inn, Jaipur will open by the end of the year, the hotels in Delhi will be ready to open before the commonwealth games in 2010.
In our quest for growth and excellence, we have always placed customer satisfaction as our top most priority. Taking this forward, we are implementing Quality Management Service (QMS --through a US based software company), that will help receive guest feedback and set higher benchmarks on various aspects of hospitality. |

Sarovar to open
Portico in Mohali |
| |
Sarovar Hotels is scheduled to open Sarovar Portico in Mohali, Punjab. The hotel will have 150 rooms in addition to a specialty restaurant, meeting and banqueting facilities. Besides this, the hotel will have all other features that a Portico has to offer.
Mohali is the first of the five hotels that will be coming out of the Sarovar -Vipul partnership. The other hotels scheduled for opening under the joint partnership are Sarovar Premieres in Amritsar, Bhubaneshwar, Raipur and a Park Inn at Siliguri. |

Delhi to have two
new Sarovar Hotels |

Sarovar hotels is all set to open two new hotels in Delhi - Park Inn in the Central Business District (CBD), Shahadra & Sarovar Premiere in Anand Vihar.
Park Inn, Shahdara, will be a 60 room, quality three star, full service hotel. Sarovar Premiere, Anand Vihar will house 75 rooms & all other amenities of a Sarovar Premiere hotel.
Both the hotels are scheduled to open before the Commonwealth Games in 2010. |
